# Tokenomics

#### Community Airdrop — 40%

Allocated to: \
•Early liquidity providers Wallets that send in any amount of $. \
•Any amount sent is instantly added into the liquidity pool. \
•You are free to send in any amount.\
&#x20;•Your token allocation increases proportionally to the amount you send. \
•Wallets that send in $0 These users receive the base airdrop allocation.

The Phase 1 Airdrop serves as the initial ignition event of the SparkLove ecosystem ensuring wide distribution, strong early engagement, and decentralized ownership from day one. <br>

#### &#x20;Phase 2 — 30%

Redacted

Reserved for strategic expansion, following the full completion of Phase 1.<br>

#### Team Allocation — 10%

This allocation is fully locked and vested, ensuring long-term alignment between the team and the community.

Supports: \
• Core contributors \
• Developers\
• Ongoing protocol improvements \
• Multi-year ecosystem maintenance

#### &#x20;**Liquidity — 20%**

Dedicated to ensuring deep, healthy, and stable liquidity throughout the entire lifecycle of the token.

This allocation supports long-term trading efficiency, minimized slippage, and sustainable market operations.

Sell Tax Mechanism (First 30 Days)

To maintain early market stability and discourage immediate selling after launch, SparkLove implements a temporary sell tax during the first 30 days.

How It Works \
• A sell tax applies to every token sale within the first 30 days. \
• All collected tax is stored in a protocol-controlled accumulation wallet. \
• Every 3 days, the total accumulated tax is burned permanently.

This burn-and-reset cycle continues throughout the entire 30-day window.

Purpose of the 30-Day Burn Cycle

This mechanism establishes a deflationary launch economy, providing:\
&#x20;• Strong incentives for phase 2 \
• Increasing scarcity through recurring burns \
• Sustainable, organic price discovery prior to Phase 2

Once the 30-day period and all scheduled burns are complete, the protocol transitions into Phase 2, enabling broader ecosystem expansion.

{% hint style="success" %}
This model creates **long-term value** for holders while helping maintain **ecosystem balance** by reducing circulating supply over time.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://sparklove.gitbook.io/sparklove-docs/tokenomics.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
